Sell, renovate or build in NYC, with one local team

iBuyAHome is Naor Harari’s New York City real estate company. We buy houses as-is, and we take renovation and construction requests in all five boroughs. Pick what you need:

Call or text (332) 333-8713. Renovation and construction requests are handled by NH Construction or referred to our licensed partner contractor; how that works.

Renovation and construction

Not sure whether to renovate or sell? We can put a renovation estimate next to an as-is offer so you can compare.

Selling as-is

  • You don’t repair, clean out, or stage. I buy the property in the condition it’s in.
  • No listing or showings. You talk to me, the buyer, and not to a middleman.
  • You choose the closing date, within what the title work allows.
  • You have your own real estate attorney (New York closings use attorneys), and I’ll encourage you to.

Situations I buy in

Is a direct sale right for you? An honest answer

A buyer who renovates has to account for repair costs, carrying costs, and risk, so a direct offer will usually be lower than what a fully renovated, agent-listed home might sell for. What you get in exchange is certainty, speed, and no repair bills. If your house is in good shape and you have time, listing with an agent may net you more, and I’ll tell you that. How I set a price

Where I buy

All five boroughs: Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, and Manhattan. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm property types, e.g. 1–4 family]

Who you’re dealing with

[PLACEHOLDER: photo of Naor + 2–3 sentence real story] About me

[PLACEHOLDER: real before/after photos of renovated houses, with seller permission. No invented numbers]

How it works, in four steps

  1. Tell me about the house. Use the form or call (332) 333-8713. It takes a few minutes.
  2. I review public records and walk the property. DOB, ACRIS and HPD records first, then the house itself.
  3. You get a written offer with the math behind it. No fee, no obligation, and you’re free to compare.
  4. Attorneys and a title company close the deal. You pick the date, within what title allows. Full process

Sell as-is, renovate, or list: a side-by-side

  • Sell to me as-is: no repairs, no showings, no commissions; a lower price than a renovated listing.
  • Hire us to renovate, then keep or list: highest potential value; needs cash, permits and time. Renovation
  • List as-is with an agent: open-market exposure; some buyers’ lenders won’t finance houses in poor condition.

Houses I buy

[PLACEHOLDER: confirm the property types, e.g. detached and semi-detached houses, 2–4 family homes, brownstones and rowhouses, vacant lots]. Any condition, including vacant houses, fire or water damage, unpermitted basement work, old oil tanks, and estates with belongings left inside.

Common questions

  • Do I need to clean out the house? No. Leave what you don’t want.
  • Can I sell with open violations? Usually yes. See selling with DOB violations.
  • Do you charge fees? No seller fees. Each side has its own attorney. More answers
